One of our better ideas was to build a portable pizza oven on a trailer and make it available for your next party or event. The oven is a wood-fired brick oven, just like the ones in our restaurants, and produces the same unforgettable pizza.

What could be more perfect? The best pizza they’ve ever had, and a flaming spectacle that’s pretty entertaining, too.
